One of my favourite records so far this year has been the Dum Dum Girls debut album I Will Be... plus I've always had it in for girls who wear stockings on a regular basis... and you add some smearing punk rock on top of that... it wasn't hard for me to become a quick fan of Dee Dee and co. On March 1 they'll follow up with a new EP titled He Gets Me High out on CD, 12" and digitally via Sub Pop... and head out on a North American tour with a Toronto date included. Dee Dee also made an apperance on Broken Dreams Club with former tour mates Girls... she sings on the song "Substance".
